Μαγνησίας & Σποράδων) φιλοδοξεί να συζητήσει τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά της μεταπολεμικής ανασυγκρότησης και να την συνδέσει με τις ευρύτερες κοινωνικές, πολιτικές, θεσμικές, πολιτισμικές, χωρικές και περιβαλλοντικές αλλαγές που συνέβησαν στις δεκαετίες του 1950 και 1960.

The Turriano ICOHTEC Prize is an Early Career Prize for Books on the history of technology, sponsored by the Juanelo Turriano Foundation and consists of 2,500 Euro. The prize-winning book will be presented and discussed at a special session of the next ICOHTEC symposium in Alexandroupolis, Greece.

The International Committee for the History of Technology, ICOHTEC, welcomes submissions for the Maurice Daumas Prize, which aims to encourage innovative scholarship in the history of technology. ICOHTEC is interested in the history of technological development as well as its relationship to science, society, economy, culture, and the environment. There is no limitation as to theoretical or methodological approaches.

The Department of Economics at Tilburg University's School of Economics and Management is seeking to hire a Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in Economic History. The position is attached to the research project "The roots of prejudice in Europe: The role of World War II", funded by the Dutch Research Council's (NWO) Vidi Grant of David Schindler.

This event will explore how geopolitical power shifts have historically reshaped global finance, and whether today’s renewed geopolitical fragmentation signals a return to stronger state influence. Speakers include Christoph Trebesch (Kiel Institute) and Jörg Rocholl (ESMT), with an introduction by Nikolaus Wolf (Humboldt University) and moderation by Carmen Hofmann (eabh).
