University of Bayreuth, Full Professor in Quanitative Economic History

The University of Bayreuth is currently seeking to appoint a Full Professor of Economics with a focus on Quantitative Economic History at salary grade W3 to commence as soon as possible.

 
We are looking for a scholar with a strong track record in the field of empirical economic history. Candidates should have publications in leading international journals, relevant teaching experience and experience in securing and managing third-party funded projects. Applications from all areas of quantitative economic history are welcome. The use of modern microeconometric methods is expected. A willingness to engage in interdisciplinary research collaboration and the ability to relate to the research priorities of the faculty are expected.
